Overview
The global virtual OVHcloud Startup Program Showcase is a global tech initiative designed to facilitate collaboration and/or funding between tech startups & scale-ups and larger companies (e.g. corporates, brands, SMEs) and funding providers (e.g. investors, grant and loan providers) based on mutual interest. The Showcase is powered by Empact Ventures in partnership with the OVHcloud Startup Program.
The OVHcloud Startup Program is a global initiative that has been running since 2015 and has provided thousands of startups with free cloud credits and technical consultation support. The Startup Program provides tech startups with €10,000 of free cloud credits and up to €100,000 for scale-ups, enabling them to facilitate exponential and international growth.
After the success of our 2023 events, we are running another global virtual Showcase in 2024. This event will feature Live Pitches and Demos, an Expo, Speed Video Networking, Roundtable Discussions, and the annual OVHcloud Startup Program Showcase Contest final.

- 18th February 2024 (11.59pm UK Time): Entries Close
- 29th February 2024 2024: Finalist Announcement
- 21 March 2024: Final Pitch, Q&A, and Awards announcement with international judges at the global virtual Showcase event
Winner Announcement
What’s in it for the winners?
We have two categories this year: best scaleup and best startup
- The best scaleup winner will receive: €5,000 prize money from OVHcloud and 10 facilitated super connections from Empact Ventures to potential partners, clients or funders
- The best startup winner will receive: €3,000 prize money from OVHcloud and 10 facilitated super connections from Empact Ventures to potential partners, clients or funders
- Both winners will receive 1-on-1 coaching from the Global Startup Program Leader
- All finalists will receive:Entry into the OVHcloud Startup Program with up €100k free cloud credits
- Visibility at the global virtual Showcase event on 21 March 2024 that includes an expo booth
- 5 facilitated super connections from Empact Ventures for each finalist
Competition Details
- Startups with a cloud-hosted digital product or service
- Companies applying must have a working website (no landing pages accepted) as the judges will review this in addition to application and pitch
- PreSeed are welcome to apply but must have at least initial traction (e.g., MVP, traction or seed stage)
- Startups who use OVHcloud infrastructure or intend to
- Any Scaleup this is defined as a startup with Series-A or B funding
- Startups with headquarters located outside of the USA
- Fill in the application form in English and provide us with your pitch deck in English
- The pitch deck should include, at least, the following information:
- Describe your team and articulate your mission clearly
- Highlight the challenge you are seeking to address, include some key milestones, and make your ambitions known
- Highlight how you use, or intend to use, technology in an exciting and innovative way
- Let us know how you would invest the prize money

Global Showcase: A Fast Forward Event will feature Live Pitches and Demos, an Expo, Speed Video Networking, Roundtable Discussions, and the annual OVHcloud Startup Program Showcase Contest final.
What makes our events unique?
When you register your details, including your challenges, needs, and interests, we provide you with the best super connections. You will be super connected with other attendees in our Video Speed Networking and Digital Expo areas. After all our events, we facilitate super connections for you to the right potential partners, clients or funders by email according to your registered challenges, allowing you to receive personal warm introductions based on mutual needs. The introductions are facilitated to support both parties, helping the process to move faster.
